1. Company

“Bakery Tech” we operates bakerytech.lk supplying bakery machines, spare parts and accessories across Sri Lanka.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted subject to stock and verification.

• Prices are shown in LKR and may change without notice.

• Payments are accepted via PayHere (cards/wallets/bank) and bank transfer/CoD where available.

• An order is confirmed only after payment authorization/confirmation.

3. Delivery

• Islandwide delivery via courier/our logistics. Estimated timelines are shown at checkout; delays can occur due to courier or external factors.

• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect parcels on receipt.

4. Installation & Use

• Electrical/electronic parts must be installed by a qualified technician according to manufacturer guidelines.

• We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, wiring, voltage issues, or misuse.

5. Warranty & Returns

• Warranty period and scope vary by product; see the product page or invoice.

• Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos and product images on this website belong to Bakery Tech or its licensors.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
