Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work at Bakery Tech

1) Eligibility

  • Spare parts & accessories: returnable within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging with all labels/manuals.

  • Electrical/electronic parts (controllers, sensors, PCBs, ignition units, etc.): returnable only if DOA (dead on arrival) and not installed. If installed/modified, warranty applies instead of return.

  • Machines & heavy equipment (e.g., bread slicers): non-returnable once unboxed/installed; we provide warranty service or replacement parts as applicable.

  • Non-returnable items: custom-ordered items, cut-to-size materials, consumables once opened (e.g., blades, gloves after use).

  • Items damaged by misuse, incorrect wiring, or power surges are not eligible.

2) Process

  1. Email bakerytechlk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 071 011 0244 / 076 233 0244 within the time window with order number and photos/video.

  2. We issue an RMA and return address. Ship back safely with original packaging.

  3. After inspection we will (a) replace, (b) issue store credit, or (c) refund.

3) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayHere card/mobile wallet/bank) within 7–14 working days after approval.

  • Shipping/installation fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours or the item is DOA.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will refund in full.

4) Shipping Damage

If a parcel arrives damaged, note it with the courier on delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement/claim.

5) Warranty

Standard manufacturer warranty applies to eligible items (period varies by product). Warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover wear-and-tear or improper use.
